Alana,
I am so sorry that you must go through all of this sorrow, once again. I remember the joy on your face when we talked at McCrite's volunteer dinner. Your time together was far, far too short. You must have had a truly great love. God bless you my dear. Keep your hand in the Lord's hand.
Your 501 friend, Judy

Good guy. Sorry to hear of his passing.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I am sorry you life was cut short :(:( We are so sorry Prayers to u and your family

The last few years I've been separated from the family. However uncle Doug you will dearly be missed. You always put a smile on my face when I was down. Thank you for blessing my life for the time you were able to. Poppy raised a good man.

One of my dearest friends; my Brother and mentor. No matter where I was in my journey or how far away I might be. Doug always had a wise, if not harsh when necessary, way of giving me cause to think and reflect. The world has lost an amazing man but his legacy of love, kindness, compassion, wisdom, and no "BS" attitude, will live on forever in the hearts and spirits of those who were blessed enough to encounter him. Rest well my Brother and thank you for who and what you were and still...

Doug had a strong belief in nature's natural flow and enjoyed the peacefulness at echo cliff and Tallequae watching the eagles soar. Doug was a mentor and teacher in abstinence from drugs and alcohol. Our thoughts and prayers are with Alana and family. You will be missed by many. Larry & Sue Walters
