Not sure what to say?

Dear Lorna, we never met but I was friends with Doug, who I had met at the Shell station in Wheaton several years ago. I am an Officer for Wheaton and a fellow believer. In fact Doug and I talked often about our faith, family and daily walk. He was a great encouragement to me. I just found out today that Doug had gone to glory; you and his family have my deepest sympathy. I was ill myself during this time and was not at work, so I had not seen Doug for a while. But be assured we will see...

Dear Lorna,
A life from our life is gone
A voice we love is stilled
A place is vacant in our hearts
Which can never be filled
Some may think you are forgotten on earth, because you are no more, But remember you are with us as you always were before.
A million times we'll cry, If love alone could have saved you , you never would have died.
In life we loved you dearly in death we love you still,
In our hearts you held a place that no one else could ever...

Dear Lorna, I was shocked to hear of Doug's passing. My deepest sympathy and prayers will be for Doug, you and family. I tried to call but your mail box was full. Please email me when you can: [email protected]. Ron & Bernice

To Charity, Joshua, Jori, Mrs. Golter, and Glen,

It is hard to believe that Doug is with Jesus in heaven - something I am sure he is truly enjoying. I know that he will see my parents - two people he visited and shared Christ with. I was touched by his visiting 2 elderly homebound people and sharing his faith.

May God be with you.

Lorna,
I am so so sorry to hear about Doug. I know how much you loved heach other and I know you are lonely. I wish I was there with you.....we could laugh about the good times.

It is a very satisfying feeling to be able to say Doug and I are friends.
Lorna, we are here for you.
Doug, don't drink all the hazelnut coffee; I'll want some when I see you.

Though I did not know Doug personally I talked to him at several of his Estate Sales. He was always very helpful, kind, respectful, & professional to me. I just found out about Doug today at an Estate Sale in Glen Ellyn. I am sorry to hear about Doug & I will miss seeing his smiling face in the future.
Doug,
I know if you were a Christian, I will see your smiling face someday in heaven. So I will just have to wait a little longer. See you there. I will pray for your family.

May you rest in His love as you move forward.surronded by many friends and family.
