Douglas Roger "Doug" LaPoint

Hi. I was one of Doug's roommates at the Naval School of Music in Little Creek Virginia from Nov of 1981 to June of 1982. Doug shared his faith in Jesus Christ with me. We made a road trip to Lynchburg VA to see my family and hear Jerry Falwell. Doug bought a little Capri car and called it, "Carrie" (Carry). I'm glad to hear about his family. He seemed passionate about softball. He shared how his Dad taught him the finer points of being a team player, that his Dad played 1st base.
