The Dalton Family - Gurnee,IL

Ellie & family. Our hearts go out to you. Doughie was such a delight to know, a very special person. When he was about ten, on Bonnie Brook, he insisted I take one of his old cowboy hats. Still have & treasure it.

My family & I offer our heartfelt condolences. Douglas touched many lives and will be greatly missed. May the God of all comfort be with you all during this time of grief. (2 Cor 1:3)

Doug will be missed. He has a special place in my heart. I can remember when I first started at Lambs, when I would ask how he was doing he would put his thumb up and say I'm a ok and him and I would put our thumbs together. He had such a beautiful smile. I am so sorry for your loss. He is just one of those people that you will never forget. Thanks Doug for being my friend.

To Ellie and family: We just got a call from June Sine letting us know that Doug had passed. Our hearts go out to you, Paul and Janet. Doug was a very special man who always made me laugh. Visits to Lambs to see him were a joy.Doug loved to travel and loved telling his stories of his trips. We care so much. Please let us know the details of his funeral. Love Helen and John Griggs
