Not sure what to say?

I mourn the loss of a mentor and friend. He set a high standard. My deepest sympathies to you all.

My thoughts and prayers for you, Naomi and your Mom and Jenny. You dad was such a wonderful man - of the highest character and so kind and wise.

I'm sorry for you loss. I remember your father as a kind and intelligent man - not unlike the son he raised.

So, so sorry to hear this news. Such fond memories of your dad (and mom) from childhood. What a lovely, lovely man.

My sincerest condolences on the loss of your Dad. I was fortunate to know him - he was a great guy.

He was one of the very best! I remember how incredibly patient, helpful and engaged he was year after year for all of the dance performances.

I offer my sincere condolences on the passing of Dr. Pontius to his family and friends. While I didn't know him well, he was my lab professor for the time I was in Physics I at BSC. He was a very patient and kind man with me and all the other students in the lab. I'm sorry for your loss, but I'm glad you had so many years together with such a wonderful man.

Dr. Pontius was always so kind to me - so understanding. He was a beautiful example of what a man should be. Such a sweet wise person. The world was made better by him.

I remember my senior year at BSC when Dr. Pontius, Sr. joined Dr. Pontius, Jr. on the physics dept staff. While I never had a class with Dr. Pontius, Sr. I always thought of him as a kind man and admired him stepping in to teach that year. I know that the physics dept at BSC is well and strong because of the Drs. Pontius. Prayers and hugs to your family.
