Not sure what to say?

Victor Zeman is my Uncle. I consider Victor, Alice, Dale and Duane as still living in our hearts and in Heaven.

I feel that at this time we need to think of our relatives, near and distant, who may, unknowingly to us, be living extremely difficult lives due to financial medical, or other extreme, circumstances.

I grew up in Wichita, and our trips to the Zeman farm outside of Medford, Oklahoma, were wonderful events. When you talk about "good people," these...

Duane was a cherished colleague. He made such a difference in the lives of so many. He will truly be missed.

Mr. Zeman was not only an amazing English teacher and brought great stories and challenging concepts into the classroom, but he was also a wonderful journalism teacher who taught me the power of writing. His teaching gave me confidence in my writing that carried me beyond a Masters degree. He was one of the great teachers that we will all miss.

Thoughts and prayers to friends. Two brothers now reunited, both were educators.
From the families of Duane and Barbara Pulliam,
Freeport and Anthony KS

I knew Duane from working with him in Helena. He was also a great friend. We shared many confidences together. Jaydene Morrison (Nederland, Colorado)

I only met Mr. Z this school year. He was a very sweet and helpful man.

I remember Duane from grade school in Medford. I am not surprised to hear that he was a scholar and good friend. I am sorry to hear of his passing. Carol Strickler Kiser, Oklahoma City

He was great to work with when I was at WOSC and a great friend. I also remember him working on the college newsletter and teaching journalism when I was there. He was intelligent, witty, hilarious and resourceful. He will be missed.

Duane has been a friend to my husband and me since college. He sang at our wedding.
