Dudley Joseph Stelly

I first met Dudley when my husband was admitted to SWLA-War Veterans Home. He quickly became one of my best friends. We engaged in many conversations and I always looked forward to visiting with him. Dudley was a gracious and loving man who was thought of as "special" in the veterans home. I thank God that our paths crossed - he was an inspiration to me. My prayer is that God will keep his family in the palm of His hand and give you comfort.

Dudley was a very kind and gentle man. I met him during his stay at SWLWVH and found him to be one of the most engaging and intelligent persons I have ever known.

....Having just found out about his passing, I'm not able to attend his final services, but send my deepest condolences to his family, friends, and acquaintances. ....He was a man who leaves a distinct vacuum in the wake of his passing.
