To the Waggoner family, I am sorry for your loss. I grew up with Mike, went to junior high and high school with him. You have my deepest condolences.

Mike was always such a joy to be around. Loved hearing his stories, seeing his smiling face and the kindness he exuded was always true and sincere. One of a kind precious cowboy! Riding high in the sky. Gods calling his angels home! We shall see you on the Sunny side soon.

Mike was a true craftsman, cowboy, welder extraordinaire, and just one damn good human being. His creations will live in the area forever, his mark of humanity on this earth will never be erased. Rest in Peace Mike-you earned it.

Mike and Sherri were our best friends after arriving in Durango in 1978. They were that magical couple,formed from hardy CO stock, Mike rodeoed who married the rodeo Queen. Even years older,I looked up to Mike. Always ready to help anyone at anytime and never backed down. He will always be in my heart.
