Ed was one of the best truest hard-core liberal hosts who always told it like it was, even if you didn't agree with him. May he rest in peace with God and may all of Heaven watch over his family.

Ed's care and defense of the working class meant a great deal to me. I have been a Democrat for many years, but have often felt unsupported by the corporate wing of the Party. I also appreciated Ed's knowledge and understanding of the rural communities of our country. How healthy it is for us all to walk in each other's shoes and release our pre-conceived notions.
Ed's love for his family, his deep respect for Wendy, his wife and his pride in his children, were clear....
