Dr. Edward Dirk Ammala

Dr. Ammala was born on January 11, 1958 and passed away in June 2017. Dr. Ammala was a resident of Missouri at the time of passing. He graduated from Prairie High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa in 1976 and went on to study Chemistry at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska before attending medical school at the same institution, graduating in 1984. He began full time active duty military service following completion of his internship as a Captain in the Army.
