Not sure what to say?

Having spent seven years at Hargrave I got to know Eddie and remember him quite well. He made the school newspaper and the yearbook a quality piece of work. Rest in peace my friend.

To the family of Edward Barnes. May the God of tender mercies and of all comfort be with you during this time of grief and sorrow. May you also reflect upon the great sacrifice Jesus made so that our loved ones, like Mr. Barnes, can have the opportunity to enjoy endless life free from pain and sorrow. (John 3:16)

RIP I will always remember you

The Northern Neck has many Hargrave alumni. But Eddie and Joe Humphrey were classics. The type of folk you never forgot.I always enjoyed stopping in Eddie's store and swapping a story.

A truely memorable guy. Loved shopping at Eddie's store in Fleeton. Lots of laughs with Eddie, Dan & Lisa. I miss them all. Great steaks too!

Former Fleeton Point resident, Chauncey Reich

Eddie will be missed in Reedville and at Chesapeake Beach, he and his red truck and the dog riding through on hot summerdays, RIP Eddie - we hope heaven has lazy road and beach for you to enjoy.

Sonny was my platoon lieutenant in c company He was not one of those people who you meet and then forget. Our whole company loved him, he was personal and funny. I along with many others only have the future in Heaven to look forward to meet him again.

Eddie and I became great friends..along with his roomate Rick Brame...I was from F'Burg and kept up with Eddie thru Sonny...Eddie had the best sense of humor and was always keeping us laughing...God Bless him and his loved ones..he will be missed in our Hargrave Family!

Thanks for all the fun memories. May you rest in peace.
