Not sure what to say?

To the Keaney Family, Ed was my manager at Volpe Brown Whelan. I just googled him today because I am planning a trip to the US and wanted to get back in touch again. Needless to say I am shocked to find that he has passed away. Ed was a gentleman, a dedicated family man proud of his girls, good fun, and the best boss I ever had. May he rest in peace. Pat and Family, We are saddened to hear of Ed´s passing and know he will be greatly missed. We remember his wonderful sense of humor and always enjoyed seeing Ed and Ted on their daily walks past our house. From your old neighbors, John, Marilyn and Jessica Dehnert

We were both shocked and saddened to hear of Ed's sudden passing. I had just played golf, and shared a libation or two, with him the day before. He was one of the most positive, funny, and gentle souls I have ever met. I know how much Pat and his girls meant to him. We will miss you, Too Tall.

Our deepest sympathy on Ed´s passing. We remember him as a warm, friendly, funny and kind man, and I know he will be so greatly missed. We saw his obituary in the paper and wanted to send Prayers and warm regards to Pat as well as Gretchen, Paige and Hope -from all the Finzen´s

Dear Pat, Gretchen, Paige and Hope, I was so sorry to hear about Ed´s passing. May the beautiful memories you all shared together console you always. I will always remember his wit and wonderful disposition. Love and hugs, Liz

Ed was my older brother by only 11 months and last Friday I lost my "Irish twin." I have many fond childhood memories of us watching black-and-white horror movies, playing North vs. South Heaven (I was the South and always lost) and spending many Sundays with Ed and the Jake boys at our family barbecues. Ed was a wonderful brother, a loving husband to Pat, a devoted Dad to Gretchen, Paige and Hope and he'll be forever loved and missed by all of us.

Pat and girls, Kim and I were so sorry to hear about Ed. I miss seeing him walk the little white dog up and down butterfield. So sorry for your loss.
