My deepest sympathy to the Reynolds family. Ed was a great friend at one time and the news of his untimely passing saddens me.
Although a few years older, Eddie (or as I nicknamed him because of our mutual love for oldies and doowop, "Eddiephonic Ed")went to Bonner together, attended Philly police academy together (class #255) and worked as SEPTA police together.
