Edward Bernard Stanton

You will not know me but my parents were Albert & Florence Grant and were good friends of Julia & Ed and Peg. In fact, my youngest sister, Julia (now deceased) was named after Julia.
I attended a funeral some years back with my cousin, Paul Bartholemy, and ran into Ed. We had a chance to talk of old times and of his parents.
I know Ed was held in high regard by his friends. Paul certainly thought a lot of him.
Please accept my sympathies in your loss.

Tawney, I was so saddened to hear of Ed's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I would be at the service but I am leaving for California on Monday morn... My brother passed away on Oct 17th so I have been here because of that, his memorial is tomorrow, Sunday the 2nd.
