Not sure what to say?

Thank you for brightening my kids' and my day with your presence in the Hall of Avonmore. Your hard work and dedication to making all the students smile and look forward to every Werthers Candy Tuesday and every other day we saw you. Our deepest sympathy to all your Friends and Family.

Thank you Mr.Wise, for always making my day brighter, from the time I walked in those doors in the morning, to the time I walked out of them. You always said Hello, and I am grateful to you for that. From all of Avonmore, we love you Mr.Wise. You will never be forgotten. Rest in peace.

I have known Mr.Wise for such a very long time and I am truly devastated to know that he has passed away. He was like a second father to me. Seeing him in the Avonmore halls everyday was an amazing thing, something that I will never forget. He was such a wonderful soul, and I will cherish every memory I had with him forever.

With a son at Avonmore, we were very sad to hear of Ed's passing. Thanks for being so positive every day and being a highlight for our son's school day (and ours in the morning and afternoon). Godspeed Ed.

Our son Braden attended Avonmore for several years and it was our great privilage to meet a man who loved the kids there so much. I remember how Braden was beaming one day when he had such a great day in school and as a result, was rewarded with Mr. Wise coming to his class to walk him down the hall earlier than everyone else, and of course receiving a Werthers candy.

Truly a man who's heart enveloped the school and left a smile with eveyone he met. You will be missed.

We are saddened to hear of Ed's passing. Ed was a constant presence at Avonmore School. Ed loved the children and made sure they had the cleanist school around! We remember Ed helping to build the new playground for the school and community. Wonderful man who will be missed.

Our deepest sympathies to Mr. Wise's family. He was a bright spot at Avonmore: high fives and werther's candies! Teaching/administrative staff came and went, but he was truly a constant there.

Truly sadden to hear of Ed's passing. We started our custodial career at W.P Wagner. Will always remember a true friend and co-worker. Riding home with him setting off all the car alarms with his old 3 in the tree International truck. Nothing but fond moments when I think of Ed. May you rest in peace, my friend, you will be missed.

My daughter attends Avonmore, and when she out the news this week about Mr Wise she as so saddened. He was a part of everyday of her first 5 years of school. He is in our prayers, and we send our best to his family.
