I am so sorry for your loss. We all will miss Uncle Ed.
I have so many fond memories of Uncle Ed. There are two things that will always remind me of him ... and that is when I smell pipe tobacco and/or hear a cuckoo clock. I will always remember him bringing us balls too..all sorts of balls from the school roof. That was always one of the highlights of my summer as a kid.
If there is anything I can do please call. I wish I lived closer.

I will never forget all the visits I had over the years with Uncle Ed and Aunt Ruth (and the far too few visits with Aunt Del). I especially remember and treasure the visit after Dad's funeral in 2006.

Uncle Ed was my godfather and now he is with our Lord Jesus, healed and whole. So, as the Apostle Paul wrote, we mourn - but not as those who have no hope.

I remember the nice times we had visiting at Frankenmuth Bavarian Inn. I also enjoyed the chats we had...and I believe I remember the very last time that he was there...or at least, that I saw him. I also enjoyed playing the accordion for him, too.
He is at peace now is his home with Jesus....and we will all await our time to go home and see each other again.
