Edwards Culver "Rusty" Kidd III

Rusty was quite a guy. I met him in Jan. 1983 about a week after I was sworn in as a State Representative from Cobb County. He introduce himself to me around the third day of the session and ask me to help him with a little ole bill in the Health and Ecology committee. The bill was a scope of practice bill for the Chiropractors versus the Medical Association of Georgia.
