Not sure what to say?

One of finest men I have ever known, a hero in war and role model for life. But now he has joined the ranks of those who wait for us just beyond the moon...

"High Flight"

Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth
And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings;
Sunward I’ve climbed, and joined the tumbling mirth
of sun-split clouds, — and done a hundred things
You have not dreamed of — wheeled and soared and swung
High in the sunlit silence. Hov’ring there,
I’ve chased the shouting wind along, and flung
My eager craft through footless halls of air....

Up, up the long,...

The greatest hero I will ever know. DAD! I have no sorrows because no man has lived the great life you had. So blessed to have Frances by your side. The love of life was so special. Dad was so lucky to have many women taking care of him till the very end. Susie French was like a daughter to him. Thank You and all the others helping Dad have the best finish in life!

Your Loving and Proud Daughter,
KAREN

Eldon,Barry, Karen,
To let you know that our thoughts and prayers are with you. A good friend and sportsman. We enjoyed many years of great hunting with Eldon and his brothers. We talk of all of them often. Thinking of you.
The Murphy Boys, Tom and Jerry

Karen, although we're just "Facebook Friends," my heart goes out to you and your family during this saddest of times. Be comforted by the memories of your wonderful, wonderful father. We were all blessed by his devotion to his country, as you were by his devotion to his family.
With Deepest Sympathy,
Mardie Amery

A pillar of the "Greatest Generation", Bud was a true hero to all of us who were fortunate enough to know him. We are proud to have called him our friend and we will miss him very much.
The Vachon Family

It was a privilege and an honor to know and help care for this wonderful man. His "final flight" brings sadness and an emptiness in my heart but my faith tells me he is blessed to be soaring high above us and happy in his heavenly home.
