Not sure what to say?

Well, it has been a year already. I can't believe how fast time is going now. I just wanted to say that we all miss you greatly! Your love and spirit will be with us always!

I will greatly miss Verlee. From our days on Quartz way in Broomfield. I will remember her happy, upbeat, and kind hearted nature. What a good friend.

Rod I just heard yesterday of your tremendous lost, i so sorry to hear of Verlee's death. John Adams DOD AFC AZ 1991-1994

What a beautiful photo of Verlee. I remember her always looking like this with a smile on her face. I always admired her, her sense of humor, her patience, her graciousness, and her beauty. How I wish I could have been like her. Her family, friends and the world have lost a wonderful person.

Verlee Hanson was my mentor. She was one of the most loving and gracious people I have ever known. I will always cherish the many times we had together, and I will always be thankful for all she taught me. She lovingly called me "Freebs" and she will always be "Hanson".

Verlee and I share being a grandmother to 3 grandchildren (Christopher, Spencer and Catherine). I always enjoyed my visits with her, and was happy that our grandchildren had her in their life. I am grateful that her pain and suffering have ended. She courageously faced the ending of her life on earth. MaryLou McDaniel

Verlee always opened her home to us and really made us feel the welcomed guest whenever we visited Tucson.
Our sympathies to ALL the family and we will share your sorrows.

To know that she is out of suffering is a great joy to know. I remember when I used to help her cooking in the kitchen when I was little. I can still remember her big smile and laugh, it always made me feel better. I am so greatful that I was able to share my gifts with her and to see her. I know that that was not the last time I'll be able to see her.
