Elizabeth Ferrier

My deepest sympathy and prayers go out to Cookie, her son, and Pitt and Betty Pittman. I never had the pleasure of meeting Elizabeth, but I knew her family and my heart aches for them in the loss of such a special member of their family. God bless all of you.

Barbara and Tommy,my heart sank when I just learned of the news. Chuck reached out to me today I am sorry i had not heard earlier. Terry also sends his sorrow. May the Angels bring you comfort..let me know if you need anything.

A bright light went out in Charlottesville with Elizabeth's passing. Her feisty spirt and rugged individualism made my experiences with her always interesting, sometimes challenging, but never dull. She kept us on our toes. A tenacious fighter, willing to endure the harshest of treatments, she earned the admiration of many. I will miss that one-of-a-kind Elizabeth and send my heartfelt condolences to Cookie and all her family.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. I got to know Elizabeth through the Relay For Life at Mary Baldwin College. She was a wonderful person and my heart is saddened for your family.

I had the incredible pleasure of meeting and getting to know Liz through my work with the Advisory Board at Mary Baldwin. She was a beautiful soul who left us all too soon.
