Not sure what to say?

Ms. Mindell was my violin teacher in Charlotte, NC for a few years. She touched my heart is ways that I can't explain. I am very saddened by the news of her death. I remember that during my violin lesson she would always tell stories that I will remember for life. She was not just a violin teacher, she was a life teacher.
We still have her bird Ben as a memory of her.

She was a gifted teacher; we are so sad to hear of her death. She was my daughter's, Lucy Murrey, first instrument teacher. We were so sad when she left Charlotte. Lucy still has the doll that Ellen gave her when Ellen moved.

Miranda, We send our deepest sympathy for the loss of your mother. She was so gifted and such a wonderful music teacher and human being. We will never forget her kindness and her dedication to her students--or her cooking. Know that you always have a place with us. We will miss her and the way she was in the world.

I was always humbled by a visit with Ellen. Her dedication to her students and insights into our craft inspired me to see things through a different lens. I will trully miss her.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Miranda and family. Ellen was a good neighbor of ours when she lived in charlotte. We are sad to hear of her passing. God Bless each and every one of you

We owe Ellen so much; a friend, a passionate musician and teacher who devoted her self to the young ones. I'm so sad we lost her. My heart goes to Miranda and Mr Mindell.
They are in my prayers.

Ellen was so passionate about music and her work with our students. We were sorry to see her leave Trinity Episcopal School last year and very sad to hear this unexpected news today. We plan to thank God for her musical ministry among us this coming Friday in our chapel service.

Ellen was an amazing musician and inspired so many of our students here at Trinity. I am so saddened to hear of her passing. Chris Weiss

My thoughts and prayers are with the family and those young people who benefited from her teaching. She will be missed.
