1939- 2025 Elmer Leon Burkhart, 86, of Rock Springs, Wyoming died November 19. A man of profound loyalty and love, Elmer will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Following cremation and inurnment; military honors and graveside services will be held at a later date to honor his life and service.
