Carol and family--I'm so sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in your memories and in each other. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Love,Staci

Randy, you will truly be missed at Virginia Beach Volunteer Rescue 14/8, especially the business meetings where I saw you the most. I remember over the years how some of the members wanted to change our traditional uniform and you (as many others too) were very adamant about us keeping our traditional uniform! When Randy spoke, we all listened! Love you dear friend and may you look after all of us. "Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened." -- Dr. Seuss God Speed!

Carol and family sorry for your loss. Randy will be missed. I have known him since early days of the Pavillion and IATSE. We had some good times together. RIP my friend.

A man who gave unselfishly, you will be missed considerably. For now, you are 10-7 with your services. Your soul is now 10-8 in flight where you will watch over your loved ones.

Our deepest condolences to the Pugh family..
