Not sure what to say?

Marge, I am sorry for your loss. I wish I had known your mother, but I joined DAR after her active years. My sincere sympathy is with you and all your family.

I only wish I had the priviledge to know Eloise longer. She was probably the most intelligent person I have ever met. She was one of the few people to be up to date on almost every current event possible. She was a great person. She will truly be missed.

As a former student at JHS, I remember Mrs. Ridder well...she had a "special" zeal for everything she did. I'm sorry for your loss and pray that God will bring comfort to her family and friends.

Venita (Souza) Beal

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

Mrs. Ridder was my PE teacher while attending JHS. She will be missed by all of her students. She was a great teacher and leader. Virginia (Parrott) Akins

Eloise was a special friend! She was so knowledgeable in so many areas. An avid reader and eager to share her thoughts, and memories. Eloise could relate to all ages, and everyone loved her. She will be missed by many, especially Marge and grandchildren...and us! Al and Kay Furman

What a great teacher, I remember her well even after many many years

We had the pleasure of knowing Eloise and Andy primarily through the Jacksonville Family Campers Club on Lake Jacksonville many years ago. Wonderful people. What I remember well about Eloise was her common-sense approach to things....a controversy would be going on in a camping club meeting and Eloise could just calmly and matter-of-factly set things in place with her comments. She will be missed, but know she is happy being reunited with her Andy.

I had the pleasure of knowing Eloise during my employment as a CNA at Vonderlieth. I was so sorry to read about her passing. She was always so sweet to me. I know she will be dearly missed.
