Not sure what to say?

I love his music. I was sad when I found out that he died. Such a wonderful musician. I play his music all the time. You are greatly missed.

Sonny was my Second Cousin. I joined the Navy in 1965 from Cleveland and I think is was in 1966 while stationed on QUAM, when my mother sent me a small Reel to Reel tape of Sonny's /OUTSIDERS, "TIME WON'T LET ME". It was a BIG HIT with all my fellow Sailors, along with the rest of the World. I always brag about him to my fellow Seniors, who surprisingly remember not only Time wont let me, but also Precious and Few/Climax;another Great Song. He will always be remembered and Missed....

lookin' good rockin' the 'Do Sonny! We all wish we could have had your talent and looks....RIP..Not a month goes by without hearing your songs....

Camille I'm so sorry for your loss

Thank you for the beautiful musical memories.

anyone who was a young teen in the sixties remembers The Outsiders and Sonny's voice. Further up the road when we heard Precious and Few. God bless him and his family. May he rest in peace. He will be forever in our hearts and memories. A Chicago fan.
