Not sure what to say?

I was deeply saddened to hear the news about Eric. Eric and I were good friends at Fairfield University, especially early on. He had such a deep love for life and a creativity that sought to express that love. His intellect was inspiring. I thought of him often after leaving Fairfield, lucky enough to reconnect a couple years ago. I am so sad to hear of this loss. He is missed.

I went to Fairfield with Eric and remember him fondly. He helped me through some tough times freshman year and I feel confident that he's helping others now too, from a distance. My sympathy to his family and friends....

Mary, I just found out about Eric, I am so sorry... You will be in my prayers. Janel Turner

I was very sorry to hear of Erics passing. I went to school with Eric at St Marys and St James K-11. I remember his apreciation of music and his love of basketball. My heart goes out to his family.

I am saddening to hear of Eric's death. Though I attended Fairfield for only a year I remember his passion for literature especially Pynchon ("A screaming comes across the sky. . . ") I will offer Mass for him and for all who grieve his passing

Eric,
What can I say? I loved hanging out in college. Had a great time playing cards, talking about -- whatever in the world we talked about until 3am. I had fun arguing about the 1st gulf war and debating the merits of moving to Canada (or not), and laughing as we regressed when we'd all hunker down to watch muppett movies on Sunday nights with Bukoff and cool Aid in Loyola. I'm a bit sadder today knowing your're not out there making someone smile or think a bit harder about what...

I am shocked and saddened to hear of Eric's untimely passing. I knew him in college, and he was an intelligent, creative, principled young man. My condolences to his family and friends.

I was truly upset when I heard of Eric's passing. He was my first best friend in the world. When we were 6 years old, I used to visit Eric at his home in Mannington. One of my oldest memories is of swinging with him on the swing set behind his house. I lost touch after highschool, but have always thought of Eric from time to time - hoping he was doing well. God bless your soul Eric.

I was shocked to hear about this terrible news and my heart goes out to all of Eric's family and friends. Eric and I went to St Marys and St James together from grade K through high school graduation. After high school we went our separate ways. Even though it's been many years since we've seen one another it seems like the friends that you made when you were a kid are the ones that you will remember forever. We shared so many laughs, good times and memories. Eric will always be remembered.
