Not sure what to say?

My wife, Inga, and I had a wonderful evening with Erik at our last Swampscott High reunion. After the reunion we went over to Erik's parents home and the three of us drank and reiminsced (he and I grew up together) until the light came up. It was such a special memory. He was a great guy and it is a loss for so many. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I heard about your loss on the Tony and Dwight Show...truly touched my heart...prayers for your very sorry. God bless you all.

I was a childhood friend of Erik's. I remember him with great fondness. A few specific memories of him are blasting his favorite song (yes it was "Dream Weaver") on what I believe was brother Scott's stereo out of the windows of the house so that the whole neighborhood could hear, and along with some of his other goofball friends, shoveling a million softball-sized rocks off of the family property in the summer after the Great Blizzard of 1978. I fear that my limited abilities of...

Too soon you flew away. We miss you.

Vey sorry for your loss of a wonderful man. While I mostly remember sailing together when he was very young, we flew together in my little plane, sightseeing over Marblehead as far as we could go without busting Bostons air space. He was very nice about the plane and my skill - both of which were small. My thoughts are with all of you.

My sincere condolences. I was Erik's freshman roommate at the University of Maine in Orono. We had a great time and I was his friend for the 4 years we attended school together. He was a great person. We would drive back and forth to school together and really had a great time. He was a good friend and I've missed him on and off over the years when he visited his family. I am very sorry for your families loss.

In all the years I knew Erik, I never heard one bad thing about him or from him. Just such a "shining light" on how to live life.

He will truly be missed.

Deepest sympathies to Susan, the kids, & the extended families. Many feel your pain.

Erik was one of the kindest and most encouraging people I have ever met. I have great memories of traveling with Erik to tennis tournaments throughout the years, and I loved being on the court with him or watching him play--the game was always just a game, and he had a way of putting things in proper perspective that I really learned from. The best times of all were just hanging out, having a laugh, enjoying life. He was always positive, always smiling, and a great example to me. He had...

We are so sorry for the loss of this young man and do pray for all of his family and friends- especially those prescious children. May memories of your happy times bring comfort during the days ahead. We are Jeff and Kelly's Aunt Bea and Uncle Neil
