Dear Garcia family,

I am so sorry to read of Eric and Michael's passing. I know they are with the Lord, and that Henry and Mary are enjoying their son and grandson in Heaven.
My parents, Robert and Maxine were good friends of Henry and Mary. We children all played together as we grew up, and Mary was my role model of a good mother.
I love you guys--every one! I pray God's richest blessings for your wonderful, gracious, kind family.

I did not know him, however, the loss of a beloved family member too soon is indeed painful and surreal. Keep him close and in time your delicate hearts will begin to heal. May his light shine brightly in all your hearts and souls forever.

Erik's loss is felt by many who love him. Through the grace of God, Erik is resting peacefully with his heavenly family. Praying for God's peace for all of Erik's earthly family and friends.

Erik was one of my best friends through child hood. I was deeply saddened and stunned to hear of his departure. I have a ton of awesome memories of camping, playing basketball, skateboarding, and hanging out with Erik. I wanted to come to the funeral but couldn't attend. My heart goes out to Liz, Steve, and Sara.

My heart breaks for Erik's friends and family. I grew up playing basketball against Erik since I was in sixth grade and knew him as a great player and fierce competitor. It saddens that erik and his teammate from barlow, josh prediletto have passed away long before their time. My thoughts and prayers our with the family and friends of Eric Holmgren.
