Esther L. "Tootie" Hoffman, 82, of Quincy, died on Sunday (Feb. 5, 2012) in Blessing Hospital.
She was born on June 12, 1929, in Fort Madison, Iowa, a daughter of Herman and Mary Meierotto Brockman. She married John H. Hoffman on June 24, 1950, in St. John Catholic Church. Tootie is, and always will be a wonderful lady. I wish the girl's could have got to know her better but Trinity look's at her picture and smile's "That's Grandma" Even a 2yr old can tell she was a Lady that can make you Smile :) I know you are in a better place but you will be sorely missed by many...

Steve (Swamp) I remember your Mom and Dad so well at Hogback. Such wonderful people I am so sorry for your loss. You and your siblings, as well as all who knew Tootie were blessed just to know her.
