Our Aunt Esther might have been one of the most kind, considerate, brave, and caring person we've ever met. She didn't care about herself nearly as much as she cared for others. She would always be the one who would break the silence by pulling a joke. She was the kind of person who was put on this earth to make a difference, and she did!

With great sadness, Ross and I offer our condolences. But it is with fond memories that we will remember Aunt Esther. I remember wonderful summer vacations with the O'Connor families and constant happiness and laughter whenever Aunt Esther was present. You don't often meet someone with her zest for life. She truly lived life to the fullest and that is how I remember her. Thank you, Aunt Esther, for all the memories.

Her heroic faithfulness to her God, to her marriage and to her family will always be cherished. She taught us well how to welcome the stranger.
