My deepest sympathy on the passing of Esther. I was fortunate to work with her from the beginning at General Electric, etc. We would share recipes and cookbooks. Every time I look at my Polish Cookbook I think of Esther as she is the one that got it for me. I am blessed to have known such a beautiful soul with that radiant laugh.
