On Thursday, December 11th, 2025, Eva Louise Williams of Highlands Ranch, CO passed away at the age of 90.

Louise was born on October 2nd, 1935, in Bozeman, MT to Alfred H. and Eva A. Kenney. She attended schools in Bozeman through high school and then went on to graduate from Montana State University (then Montana State College) with a degree in accounting. She married Wilson W. “Willie” Williams on September 7th, 1957. Together Louise and Willie had three children, Lori Lynn, Bruce Alan, and Steven Scott.

The family lived in Montana, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Wyoming and finally settled in Colorful Colorado for the next 39 years. Together with Willie, Louise enjoyed music, dancing (even Square Dancing!), card games with family and friends, plus any social gathering with their beloved South Park and Back Country friends and neighbors.

Louise and Willie particularly enjoyed traveling, taking several cruises, frequent trips to jazz festivals, and visiting old friends, aunts, uncles, and cousins from both sides of the family.

The church and church activities were also very important and consistent parts of life. She took up knitting to contribute prayer shawls for the church ministry.

Louise is survived by her sons Bruce (Trudi) and Steven (Tammy), her grandchildren Tyson, Tasia, Hailey, great grandson Graham, nieces Cathryne (William) Johnson, Jodie (David) Lawson, great nephews Dustin Lawson and Jacob Lawson, and cousins Dixie, Steve, and Lee. She is preceded in death by her husband Willie, their daughter Lori, and her parents Alfred and Eva.

The Rosary for Louise will begin at 10 a.m. on Friday, January 9th, 2026, at St. Mark Catholic Church, 9905 Foothills Canyon Blvd., Highlands Ranch, CO 80129. The Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. A luncheon will be held at 11:30 a.m. in the reception hall downstairs.
