Not sure what to say?

Farrell was a lifelong friend. We shared many memories in our High School Band, Booker T. Washington High School in Montgomery, AL. Farrell was a pioneer on many fronts following the call, here am I send me I will go. He and his wife Juanita led a courageous and productive life throughout the State of Alabama. "Friends Are Forever".

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

Rev. Dr. Farrell J. Duncombe has left his indelible mark on the Nix Family, the Bethel A.M.E. Church Family, and the Andalusia, Alabama Community. We, too, share in the sorrow being endured by his family at this time. I am so very grateful to him for having honored the wish of my late father, Emmitt E. Nix, and eulogizing him in 1996. He will be sorely missed. God bless.

Mr. D as he was called by me was my friend and encourager. He always had time to talk with me when we worked together and after we no longer did. I could talk to him about anything and he always gave me good godly advice. I would text him often to let him know that I was thinking of him. He and his wife and daughter were so special to me. I pray for God’s grace, peace and strength to keep his family during this season. Mr. D will truly be missed by many. May he Rest In Peace.

I caught his fastball in Bel-air and lived two doors down. He was the first to go away to college(FAMU) and made the path easier for me.

Dr Doncombe was a very good friend of mine he was very supportive of my ministry in singing, music , and choir directing . He will truly be missed !
Rest Well Dr Doncombe

Dr. Duncombe was one of the best teacher I ever had. I have always remembered his kindness and support. There was nothing you could not talk to him about even on a personal level.

To the Duncome Family, I'm so sorry for the loss of this great man of God ! Best Regards, Pimika Humphries
