Penny and family, your mother always is in my heart. As a youngster, Mrs.Shelby was my first grade teacher at Lockhart elemetary. I enjoyed her as a teacher and thought she was the most gorgeous woman I ever met(as a six year old). May God bless you and your family during this time of sorrow.
