Read MoreI'd like to express my condolences to the family of Dr Bashour. I first met and worked with Dr Bashour at Methodist Hospital in Dallas in 1979 and ran into him again when I started at UT Southwestern in 1998 and he still remembered me. He was a delight to work with back then and I am deeply sorry that we have to lose such a brilliant scientist and doctor. He has definitely touched many lives. God bless his family!

I had the great honor of working for Dr. Bashour in his office since July 2001. He was the most considerate, decent and gentle man in addition to being a caring and devoted physician. There are few his equal and I will remember him with fondness and reverance always.
