Not sure what to say?

I just learned of Fran's passing via the April 2013 GraceTalk. I'm very sad to hear of Fran's passing, but am so excited to know that she has finished the race and is now home with Christ Jesus our Lord.

I drove the bus for a lot of events that Fran organized for kids at Grace Church and my two kids were blessed by Fran for many years. I thank God for the time and love that she invested in my family.

I know Fran is rejoicing with her Lord for she knew Him so well here. How gracious of Him to bring her home for Christmas. Though we were on staff at Grace together, I got to know her much better as she left staff and volunteered her time consistently and selflessly as a small group leader in women's Bible studies. Even when she thought she might take a session to just be in a group, when we needed one more leader she didn't hesitate to answer the call. Her groups always had great...

Fran was absolutely amazing. She was so calm and didn't get ruffled during those many years of VBS. 800 - 1000 kids attending - you know there must have been some harrowing mishaps, but you wouldn't know it looking at Fran. She was all heart in her service to Jesus and His kids. You would think you were in a small church with Fran around because she had a personal connection with all the families and kids at Grace.

Fran Bailey will be greatly missed. Her love for God and for ministry especially to kids was amazing.

Fran was a wonderful servant leader at Grace! Even more she loved my kids so well and pointed them to Jesus. My prayers are for her family and for a special memorial service honoring a life well lived.

I volunteered under Fran while she worked at Grace Church as the Children's Ministry supervisor, and she was truly an amazing person. Somehow she managed to oversee the entire children's ministry at a large church, planning curriculum and creative activities, and yet she knew every one of her many volunteers by name and always found time to give them individual attention and help when they needed it. She was a blessing from the Lord!

Fran was a dear friend since Sunday school together in the 80's. We've always been blessed by her friendship and steady faith in the Lord. Our thoughts and prayers are for you now.

Dear Fran was such a servant of the Lord. She did it with such joy, and creativity. I miss her as the Children's Supervisor, and I will miss her in worship. No one can replace Fran!
