I first meant Mr. Arthurs when I moved to Milford from West Chester, PA, in 1978. He was my mailman. He was the first person I got to know and speak to daily as he delivered the mail each day. I remember leaving him a box of candy at Christmas and I knew there would always be a thank you note in the mailbox when the Holidays were over! He was always friendly and pleasant.
