Frank was an inspector on the Board of Health in Oxford when I was the Clerk for the Board. He was always a joy to work with. I send my sympathy to his wife and family. God be with you.

our hearts go out for you in this sad time. Hank was like a Dad to me. Hank was always a comic with the 6 7/8 and asking me why didn't I pay the money I owed him. I still don't understand either of those things after 40 years but I do know this much, Hank will be missed by me forever...he was like a Dad,a friend and a all round great guy.
