Frank David Ballentine

Frank David Ballentine, 58, of Lexington, South Carolina, chief of training with the Lexington County Fire Service before his retirement in 2000, died on Saturday, October 20, 2001. Viewing is scheduled for Monday, October 22, 2001, after noon, at Caughman-Harman Funeral Homes, 503 North Lake Drive, Lexington. A celebration of life is scheduled for Monday, 7-9 p.m., at Christ Lutheran Church, 1323 Winyah Drive, Columbia. Services are scheduled for Tuesday, October 23, 1 p.m., at the church, officiated by Vicar Phillip Coggins, the Rev. Harry Girtman, the Rev. Ernie Sheldon, and Ted Bost. Burial will be at Woodridge Memorial Park. Honor guard services will be conducted by South Carolina Fire Service Instructors.
