So sorry I was out of town because I would have loved to hear the stories that must have been told at his funeral.
He was a charming and engaging man and the devotion his children and grandchildren had for him are a testament to the kind of person he was.
I know he will be missed.

What a wonderful man. He always had big hugs when you were around him. He was so nice and kind when you talked to him and was genuine and when you talked to him I will miss him very much. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

I came to know Frank by growing up at/around the Zarling house; my first memory of him was up at Bone Lake, (I was 9-10 yrs old) and those eyebrows......well the next 10+ years the memories that i have stored away from those "Wonder Years" are priceless! When I got married and became a Step-Dad I told Frank he was my role model as to what a Step Dad should be....I am proud to have known him and will always remember fondly.

This picture of Frank is the epitome of who he was to all in my mind's eye. His smile showed us that to live life is to life to the fullest - no regrets. To me, that was his vision for each of us.
