Read MoreMy condolence to the Ford family. Fred was my training partner at Ed Martin's Martial Arts School. He was my partner when I tested for my black belt. He was a big help with the Judo part of training and testing. He also helped train my son's, Allan & Patrick. I haven't been in touch with Fred in many years, but I'll never forget him.

So sorry to read about Fred's passing. Although we haven't seen each other in many years, I will always remember the good times and endless hours we spent coaching the Heights Packers. Truly a unique individual, it was my pleasure to coach with you. Thank you for giving of your time so generously. I will never forget the great times shared thru coaching these young men. Rest in peace my friend.
