Marie, Jason and family: Fred was a very important part to my early life. He took me to Sonic's and Chieftain games. I felt important when around him. Later, I especially appreciated him for helping my dad, Tom Lee, accept the fact that I would not follow him into law. Fred was a caring and giving man and we all are richer for having known him.

I worked for and with Fred in the early seventies. He was a true gentleman.I never heard Fred utter an unkind word about anyone. I never heard anyone utter an unkind word about Fred. When you realized he was a litigator, I think those statements are just amazing. His family is in my prayers. He will be missed by many.

It was a privilege to have been Fred's secretary for 2 1/2 years in the early 70s. Over the course of my work life (some 35+ years), the majority spent in the legal field, I found Fred to be one of the most gentlemanly of all my employers. He never failed to ask about my children and was most considerate of my family obligations. He consistently treated the office staff with the highest respect. My thoughts and prayers are with Fred now, as well as the family he leaves to mourn his...

I will always remember "Farmer Fred" out on the farm doing a project of one kind or another, from straightening nails to building chicken coop or fixing the fence. Some of my happiest memories of my childhood were on that farm and Fred and Muriel's garden. He always made time to say hello, and was one of the most kindest and caring person I have ever had the pleasure and honor to known. He was a true gentleman at all times, a quality he shared with every person he met. The love and respect...
