Dear Garland family, It is with sadness that I read about Fred's passing. He was truly a great friend to many in Hall High. I don't think I ever saw him not smiling! On behalf of the Class of 70, we extend our sincerest sympathy to all of you. Nancy Swanson, Shelley Berkowitz Levy, Sandra Lebowitz Myers and Rich Castagno, members of the Reunion Committee.
