Not sure what to say?

Fred was my neighbor on Ocracoke. He thoughtfully named our shared lane after my deceased wife, Grey, and placed a road sign in her memory. This act of kindness denotes the man he was. Condolences to his family.

Serina and all the Garst Family,
Thinking of you in your time of loss.

Serina , sorry to hear of Fred's passing .You and the family are in my thoughts . If you need anything please feel free to let me know .

So sorry for your lost. He was a good friend. He and Charles Dillon were the Brothers I never had. I appreciate the help he gave my Mama and Daddy. He was a special person and I will miss him.
