Rudloff, Virginia "Gail" entered into eternal rest on Friday, March 28, 2025, at the age of 80. Gail Rudloff was born March 1, 1945 to Robert A and Virginia Chapman Adams of Charleston, South Carolina. She is predeceased in death by her parents, and beloved daughter, Renee R Rudloff. Survived by her son John H Rudloff III (Christein) and her grandchildren Sean and Mary Martin of Ohio and Rivers and Darby Rudloff of Charleston, her brother, Robert "Bob" Adams of Mt Pleasant and several nieces, nephews and cousins.


Gail was a well-known figure West of the Ashley working in the family business at Blanche Darby Florist on Savannah Highway for over 30 years. She also taught floral design at Trident Technical College, served on the board of directors for the South Carolina State Florist Association and competed in several floral design competitions.


Gail loved working in her yard, making it beautiful and spending time with her family and friends... Especially "The Rivers Girls" who attended Rivers High School in downtown Charleston with her.


Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at the James A. McAlister Funeral Chapel, 1620 Savannah Highway, Charleston. The Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Monday Evening from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at the James A. McAlister Funeral Home.


In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made in Gail's Honor to the Lakeside Animal Rescue, PO Box 571 Holly Hill SC 29059.
