He was a very kind, funny and intelligent person.
I was at a City counsel meeting last week when the Mayor announced his...

My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I worked with Gary through his asset building projects at Co-op FCU. He was such a great spirit and champion of innovative work - all with kindness and integrity. I am grateful to have known him. He will be missed.

Dear Mrs Ross-Bell and family, I will keep you all in my prayers. Gary was not only a great boss, but a great individual and he will be missed dearly.

Shelly - I had the pleasure of knowing Gary back in the 80's when we served on the Orchard Park CPO. I last saw him when he went on to win City council office at his party at the Broadview Hotel. I am certainly saddened to hear of your loss and I've thought of him often. God bless your family.

I had the honor and pleasure of serving with Gary on the local level on our perspective City councils and the League of CaCities Black Caucus. He was a great advocate for the City of Richmond and served with a smile. A good a faithful servant. Blessed to have known him, my condolence to the family. May God comfort you.

He was the nicest boss I ever had.

My sincere condolences to the family. Gary Bell will be missed. He was certainly an advocate for the people, all the people. I had the privilege of meeting him while I was volunteering at Kaiser in the Spiritual Care Department. May God bless his family during this time. May your memories remind you of his kindness and love.

My thoughts and prayers are with Gary's family. May he rest in peace. Please accept my sincere condolences.
