Gary Wayne Elkins, beloved husband and father, went home to Heaven on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. A viewing will be held Tuesday, December 2nd from 5-8pm at Memorial Oaks. Celebration of life service will be at Faith Church located at 7755 Fairbanks N Houston on Wednesday at 10am. Interment will follow at 3pm at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.

Gary and I served in the Texas Legislature together. His office and mine were nextdoor to each other in the Capitol. Gary always stood for what he thought was right and good. His faith in God was the center of who he was and how he served. Texas has lost a great man. Blessings and sympathy to his family - Debbie Riddle

Before our Birth, our death is destined. Anything that is born has to go back. It is the rule of the nature. Mr Gary was a great person, a great Friend and a Duncan Donut Coffee buddy for a long time. He will be Missed. Very sorry for the loss. May God be with him
