Not sure what to say?

We would like to extend our sympathy to Suzy and the family for their loss. Both of us held Gary in the highest esteem as a friend and colleague and admired the way he coached. His teams reflected his personality. They were hard-working and disciplined, and they always showed good sportsmanship. He will be missed, but he has left behind a wonderful legacy through his many years of teaching and coaching in Farmington.

To the Family.
I'm so sorry for your great loss. May the God who binds up the broken-hearted and comforts all who mourn sustain you during this most challenging time. Isaiah 61:1-2

With my deepest condolences to his family, Coach Fisher was an amazing man who sculpted young minds like an artist from the the renaissance, and I was was lucky enough to be one. With great admiration and respect, rest in peace Coach.

Hermosa Jr High

As a radio sportscaster for 45 years, I dealt with many coaches over the years. One of my favorites was Gary Fisher who coached football and basketball at Hermosa Junior High in Farmington. He was always very pleasant and easy to work with plus his teams were always winners. My last few years broadcasting Farmington Scorp basketball, he was an assistant under Coach Ron Becker. So glad I knew you Coach Fisher!

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Gary. His kindness and caring for others will not be forgotten- Thoughts are with Suzy and Ross's family.

Fond, fond memories of coach Fisher as a Hermosa Jr. High Matador back in the late 60's. He instilled a passionate work ethic in all the players and I vividly remember the thrill at beating Tibbets Jr. High that year and the bus ride back to Hermosa. Thanks for being an inspiration...

It has been a wonderful 50+ years of knowing Gary and Suzy since our college days. He was always so kind and gentle and welcoming when I visited their home. I am deeply saddened on his loss for the Fisher Family and send my deepest prayers that God's grace, mercy and your memories will offer you comfort as you grieve. Love, Sandy

I'm so sorry about Gary's passing. He was a special person who was always kind and took a genuine interest in others. My prayers are with Suzy and the family.
