So many good memories of visiting Jan and Gary in SC during my years in Hickory, NC. My heartfelt condolences go out to Jan and Betsy and all your family. Praying the Lord gives you strength and perfect peace at this very difficult time.

I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with your family during this difficult time.

Gary and Jan has become a part of my family over this past year. Though losing Gary is painful, we should rejoice for him. The Lord has called him home to his reward for a life well lived. My love and condolences to Jan and his family. If there is anything I can do please feel free to let me know.

I know we had not talked in a while Pop, but I will always love you and cherish all the good memories I have from growing up. I would have never learned to love Star Trek, Sci-Fi movies, or even Ohio State Football. I have missed you so much...and I will always. No one could have asked for a better grandfather, and I will always be grateful for everything you did for me when Dad passed and more.
