Thor was a cool teacher, really enjoyed his sense of humor...but he took his "margins, punctuation, & footnotes" very seriously on our term papers :) we loved him for it. Was a great guy Thoughts and prayers to the family.

My father and myself were students of Mr. Thorson. I remember my first day in his class when he asked me about my father, and I replied, very nerously, who he was. He just laughed and said that he couldn't wait for parent/teacher confrences. From our family to yours we send our deepest sympathy.

Our heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to Gary's family at this difficult time. May he rest in peace!

I have many great and fun memories being in his class, he was one of my favorite teachers. My heart goes out to his family and friends during this difficult time, many thoughts and prayers to you all! God bless!

I have many fond memories of him as a teacher. Many thoughts and prayers to his family.

I remember having him as a teacher he was great and everyone enjoyed having him. He will be greatly missed.
